Banshree Enterprise was incorporated in year 2009 with a vision to excel in the field of Engineering Consultancy and CMS (Construction Management Services). Banshree Enterprise has become the pioneer in Technical consultancy services like technical bill verification, quality check, project timeline scheduling control check, project management services, Both verify and prepare project estimation, preparing and verifying tender terms and BOQ item description, validating project budget, Bench marking the rates of each engineering activity, engineering store control checks, Procurement requisition & purchase order validation, conflict/dispute resolution/settlement etc. which has revolutionized the quality of work, cost control & saving, timely completion of the projects, Better project monitoring, etc.

Banshree Enterprise has handled more than 300 projects, which cover all industrial work like Chemical, pharma, petrochemical, power plat, Engineering manufacturing units, hospital, school, High rise residential & commercial projects and road projects which cover National highway and Express way, Solar, Wind and Hydro project pan India and has more than 100 well experienced engineers of various discipline employed.

Construction management services (CMS), a vertical of the Firm, was specifically created to address to Companies experiencing Growth through Greenfield / Brownfield Expansions. Since the Capital Spend Cycle for Creating additional infrastructure does not repeat itself every year - companies do not Invest in such talents for a long period of time. This is coupled with the fact that Indian Construction Industry is yet to adopt the best practices, specially for quality and billing.

With Engineering expertise in specialized verticals Team of more than 100 Engineers having an average experience of 12 years has been able to partner with clients to provide them with reasonable assurance on the billing and the quality of the construction.

From the inception of this service, till 30th December 2021 - our teams have verified the contractors’ invoices (service value only) of 3500 crores. In total of 109000 invoices were verified across various disciplines like civil, mechanical and insulation, painting and electrical & instrumentation.
